Former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping has been getting tips on staying in shape from British strongman Martyn Ford.
It appears the pair struck up a friendship while filming a movie in Bulgaria and 40-year-old Ford has been teaching Bisping about the art of lifting heavy weights.
Both men are in tremendous shape
Ford, a 320lb, 6'8" bodybuilder and the retired MMA fighter, 43, worked side by side in the gym as they did tricep push-downs with differing amounts of weight. They then switched machines and Bisping struggled with what Ford had been lifting before taking some weight off.
Ford uploaded the footage to Instagram and took a cheeky dig at his new pal before revealing they would soon be working on wrestling and jiu-jitsu together.
"I'm done training with these amateurs. I'm taking every win I can get, because next week we have ground work," 'The World's Scariest Man' wrote alongside the video.
"BUT in all seriousness, Michael Bisping is still one of the fittest machines on the planet, an absolute beast of a man, who's trained all his life for a SPECIFIC purpose.
"The weight used is completely irrelevant, so many factors come into play, when training it's ESSENTIAL that you ONLY focus on YOU, and YOUR goals, use the exercises you need, the resistance that's needed, and the plan that's specific for YOUR goals."
Ford was supposed to make his boxing debut earlier this year against 'The Iranian Hulk' but the fight fell apart.

Bisping looks better than ever several years after retiring from MMA
The pair were set to headline an event at the O2 Arena, but the Englishman withdrew from the bout over fears for his opponent's well-being.
Since then, Ford has expressed an interest in fighting in MMA and revealed he did previously sign with MMA promotion KSW before the pandemic curtailed his debut.
If a fight career is on the horizon him then who better to link up with than Bisping who is a UFC Hall of Famer.
Despite retiring several years ago, 'The Count' is still in fighting shape and has more than a few tricks he can teach Ford ahead of his MMA debut.
