PSG drew 1-1 at the Parc des Princes against 10-man Lens, as Lionel Messi's stunning opening goal was cancelled out late on by Corentin Jean's strike.
Mbappe picked out Neymar, who set up Messi to curl an unstoppable finish beyond goalkeeper Jean-Louis Leca and into the top corner.
It was assist no.50 for Mbappe and a fifth league title in a league in which he has scored 129 goals for both PSG and Monaco.
The France striker continues to be linked with move away from the Parc des Princes, with Real Madrid heavily linked, while Liverpool haven been, too.
According to reports, the player's family is in Doha for talks with PSG president Nasser al-Khelaifi, before travelling for further talks with long-term admirers Los Blancos.
"Nothing has changed," Mbappe said after the game.
Mbappe put all talk about his future to one side to celebrate another league title
"So there is nothing to say for now."
PSG have now secured eight of the last 10 Ligue 1 titles, having previously fallen short to Monaco in 2017, and Lille last season.
The Parisians have also equalled the record set by St Etienne, who won 10 top flight titles between 1957 and 1981.
Meanwhile, PSG head coach Mauricio Pochettino remained optimistic Mbappe will remain in the French capital.
"We want him to stay," Pochettino, who captained the club in his playing career, said. "But we have to wait and see what happens."
It was a first title for Pochettino during his management career.
PSG director, Leonardo, said: "I trust Kylian Mbappe when he says he's thinking about his future to make the best decision. We have an open, excellent relationship.
"Mbappe knows what we want: he's Parisien, he's the best player in the world… we want him with us".
