The biannual event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Sam's Club parking area, 3247 23rd Avenue, according to a release from the Evans Police Department. It is free and open to the public, but a few items will not be accepted: needles and sharps; mercury (thermometers); oxygen containers; chemotherapy/radioactive substances; pressurized canisters.
