Germany are back in World Cup action in Al Khor tonight, needing a win against Costa Rica to have any chance of qualifying for the knockout stages.

Germany have earned just one point from their opening two matches at the 2022 World Cup, leaving them vulnerable to a group stage exit for the second tournament in a row.
A shock 2-1 defeat to Japan in their first game was followed up by a 1-1 draw with Spain, which has left Hansi Flick's side needing a win over Costa Rica this evening, and the other result in the group to go their way, in order to progress through the group.
If Spain beat Japan in the group's other fixture, a win for Germany would be enough to climb into the top two.
If Spain and Japan were to draw then Germany would need to score more goals in their win than Japan do in their draw to progress.
If Japan beat Spain, Germany would need to overturn an eight goal swing to have any chance of climbing above the Spanish into second place.
However, the four time world champions' opponents are also in a good position to qualify for the knockout round for just the third time in their history.
Los Ticos recovered from their 7-0 thumping by Spain in the opening match by beating Japan 1-0 in the next, leaving them just a win away from a guaranteed spot in the last 16.
A draw would also be enough for Luis Fernando Suarez's side to progress along with Spain, provided the Spaniards beat Japan in the other match. A defeat for the North American side would see them eliminated.
The two countries have met just once before on the football field, coming in Munich in the opening match of the 2006 World Cup, which the home side won 4-2.
