Love Island winner Jack Fincham weathered a storm from Anthony Taylor but made it to the final bell of their fight on Sunday night in Dubai.
The pair squard off on the undercard of Floyd Mayweather's bout with Deji in an exhibition.
Taylor impressed with his speed and power punches
The fight began with a fast start from Taylor, who came steaming out of the blocks with aggressive combinations.
Fincham responded with some more educated boxing, attempting to keep his range and dictate with the jab.
He quickly came unstuck though as Taylor nailed him with several overhand rights.
The Love Island winner showed an impressive chin as he withstood the blows and remained standing.
In round two, a similar pattern emerged as Fincham utilised his jab, but was unable to avoid the hard shots from his cocky opponent, who offered an impromptu Ali shuffle.
Taylor danced in between rounds, while Fincham looked visibly tired as he emerged at the start of the third, which thankfully for him was a quieter session.
Fincham showed a credible chin
In the fourth and final round, Taylor resumed his dominance and nailed Fincham with a series of further strong blows.
To the Brit's credit, he made it to the final bell, though the American undoubtedly put in the more impressive performance.
There was no official winner or loser because the bout was an exhibition.
