Yes, people who have been deceived by India's largest e-commerce giant are openly taking Twitter as a medium to express their anger against Flipkart. It's not new that we have these cases from customers against Flipkart, however, things have escalated since it started cancelling a huge number of orders during the Big Billion Days sale.
Eye-catchy banners, not well-prepared to host events like these and again with bad customer service, Indians keep complaining against Flipkart. From cancelling affiliate money for us to the iPhone 13 price scam, the e-commerce giant has to amend its ways to keep customers happy.
