The movie, "The Bounty", by Roger Donaldson from 1984 is about the ship "Bounty" and the two main characters, Fletcher Christian and Captain Williams Bligh. Christian and Bligh are heading for the south Pacific Ocean with the Bounty and the crew. It was a dangerous voyage. Eventually, they anchor at a Polynesian island, named Tahiti. When they arrived Tahiti, they met with the local people, and they are going to be a huge part of this movie. Fletcher Christian was so tired of the constant danger and probable death that lies ahead. He also got in love with a local girl from Tahiti. All that made him decided to stay on the island, and he leads many of the sailors to stay too. Then the movie goes on with a question on what will happen next.
The movie is based on a true story and it is easy to see that the British story is from 1984. With the music, lightning, colors and speaking. I also noticed that there are some specific times in the movie where no one are speaking, they show everything through looks and camera angles.
The Bounty by Roger Donaldson was made in a good way that gave me a historical good view on their interesting journey to the south pacific ocean.
