Mike Tyson may be 56, but he still looks ferocious in the ring as he showed in a new training video.
Iron Mike posted a clip on Instagram of himself working out with his trainer in the ring.
Tyson shared a video on his Instagram of his workout
Tyson still has plenty of speed and power
Tyson, who has been officially retired since 2005, still showed off his lightning quick hands and ferocious power.
His trainer was no doubt thankful for the body guard he was wearing that was absorbing most of his punches.
The former heavyweight world champion still keeps himself in tip-top shape, with his last professional fight coming in a defeat to Kevin McBride in 2005.
The 56-year-old's illustrious career saw him become undisputed world champion and face the greatest names of his generation, of which he is certainly part of.
He finished with a record of 50-6, with two further fights a no contest, and was known for his ferocious knockout power.
Tyson made a comeback to the ring in 2020 when he fought Roy Jones Jr in an exhibition bout, later claiming he decided to do it due to an experience with a psychedelic toad.
In his heyday, Tyson was the most fearsome boxer on the planet and at just 20 years old he became the youngest heavyweight world champion in history
Further rumours of more exhibitions with Evander Holyfield and either Jake or Logan Paul have amounted to nothing.
Tyson recently sparked health fears after he was pictured in a wheelchair, but said it was because he was suffering from Sciatica. He says the condition sometimes leaves him unable to talk.
