In a statement shared with Windows Central, the company said that the head of production, Pierre Hintze, will now be the studio head. Bonnie Ross has been a staple for Microsoft since joining the organization back in 1994. She was also part of the original 343 Industries team when the studio was founded in 2007. Besides working on the Halo games, Ross also assisted in the creation of the Halo TV series.
