West Ham have held talks with former Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj about a return to the Premier League, talkSPORT understands.
Januzaj played under David Moyes at Old Trafford and is available on a free transfer after leaving Real Sociedad.
Moyes and Januzaj could link up for a third time
The Belgium international was once considered the next big thing at United, bursting onto the scene under Moyes in 2013.
He made his first Red Devils start aged 18 and scored twice in a 2-1 comeback victory over Sunderland.
However, the 27-year-old would finish his United career with five Premier League goals in 50 appearances.
Moyes also coached Januzaj during a loan spell at Sunderland during the fateful 2016/17 season - which saw the Black Cats relegated.
After six years at United, the forward joined Real Sociedad in 2017, and scored 15 LaLiga goals in 132 games across a five-year spell.
He is now available on a free transfer following the expiry of his contract and the Hammers are talking with his team.
Januzaj failed to live up to expectation at United
Meanwhile, West Ham are still hoping to agree a deal with Lyon for midfielder Lucas Paqueta.
The Ligue 1 club rejected a £34million bid and it is understood they want at least £40m.
