It's been a few years since HBO dropped the first official, 'The Last of US' series clip as a part of the medley of the latest series. The teaser may be twenty-second long, but the viewers and fans have to wait for a long time.
Recently Sony and GBO have declared that they had been working on a The Last of Us TV adaptation in March 2020, just a few months before the exposure of The Last of Us Part II hit on PlayStation 4.
This will become the first HBO adaptation of a game, and one rumor also suggests it was the largest TV production in Canadian history, the first season was shoot in Calgary, Alberta.
Neil Druckman who is known as the co-creator of the series got hugely involves, writing along with Chernobyl GB O miniseries properly we can say a feature film just like Scary Movie 3 and 4, the Hangover Part II and III, The Huntsman: Winter's War, and definitely an upcoming Borderlands adaptation that has featured Cate Blanchett.
In the first season, we have seen that the series is simply moving to the first game. There was a superficial thing that should a character wear the exact plaid shirt or like the same red shirt? We have to find the core of who these people are along with the core of their journey. It's true sometimes things are pretty close. It contained some pretty dialogues. Many times, they just deviate greatly too much with better effect as we have to deal with some different medium.
As an example, in the game, there is so much action you have to face to train the player on mechanics. There is more violence, and more spectacle to some degree than you rather require on a TV show as there is no need to train people on using the gun.
The Last of Us: Cast
The show features Pedro Pascal as Joel, Bella Ramsey as Ellie, Gabriel Luna as Tommy, Merle Dandridge as Marlene, Anna Torv as Tess, Storm Reid as Riley Abel, and Nick Offerman as Bill. The short teaser confirms the show will hit in next year.
