Martyn Ford recently put UFC legend Michael Bisping through his paces but before that he coached fellow strongman Eddie Hall during a gym session.
'The World's Scariest Man' uploaded a couple of videos to his social media that show him coaching and winding up his good friend during their workout.
Ford talked Hall through a recent training session
"Oh how I've missed Eddie Hall," Ford wrote alongside one of the he clips posted to Instagram.
"I tried my very best to make him train my style, as I know damn well there is no way in a million years I'm matching him on strength haha BUT he was having non of it, so we basically just took the p*** out of each other for 2 hours and shifted some weights in between."
He's right. Hall doesn't need any help when it comes to the gym given he was crowned The World's Strongest Man in 2017 and recently got himself in peak physical condition for a boxing match with his bitter rival Hafthor Bjornsson.
Thor knocked his Hall down twice as he grabbed a unanimous decision victory in Dubai in what was dubbed 'the heaviest boxing match in history' but that hasn't deterred 'The Beast' who is keen to fight again.
Perhaps before he returns to fighting, he can link up with one of Ford's other friends, who just so happens to be the former UFC middleweight champion.
After putting 'The Beast' through his paces, Ford travelled to Bulgaria to shoot a film with Bisping, and it appears the pair have struck up an unlikely friendship.
Thor took down Hall in their exhibition grudge match in February
In a video uploaded to social media, the 320lb, 6ft 8in bodybuilder and the retired MMA fighter hit the gym together as they did tricep pushdowns with differing amounts of weight.
'Bisping will soon get back to his comfort zone as he and Ford will begin training wrestling and jiu-jitsu together in the near future.
That's something which may come in handy for his new pal who has expressed an interest in fighting MMA after a boxing bout with 'The Iranian Hulk' fell apart.
Ford has also been training with UFC legend Michael Bisping
