The thing that really hurt is the cancelation of your favorite series, raising Dion returned for the second season this February 2022. Raising Dion recently updated that the series just canceled after the 2 seasons.
The series Raising Dion was made by Outlier Society running by Michel B. Jordan who also has been struck throughout the film dealing along with Amazon Studios in early 2021. The series had seen the returning of Ja'Siah Young as Dion Warren, Alisha Wainwright as Nicole Warren, Jason Ritter as Pat Rollins, and Sammy Haney as Esperanza.
We don't know that the series, believe it or not, premiered on the first back in October 2019 means that by the time February 1st, 2022 rolled around, we had been waiting well over two years for the return of Raising Dion.
Raising Dion (Season 3): Renewal Status on Netflix

The only "silver lining" is that this does free me up to pursue other roles. My Netflix contract kept me from accepting other major roles offered me from accepting other major roles offered to me on other TV shows! So if you work for a major studio, hit me up again, I'm ready!"
The performance on a show of this scale seemed like a bad thing. Now the time in between seasons 1 and 2 led along that giant dropping-off in the viewership but as well it also will explore below, as it did lead to some people picking up the show for the first time.

The series also had been fall out of the global top 10 between February 28th and 6th March that indicating that it clocked in less than 9.1 million hours that week.

The IMDbPro provides us some insight into how famous the series is on their database. IMDb boasts over half of a billion hits across the month so is a pretty good gauge of the popularity of the show.
The IMDb Moviemeter shows that Raising Dion did not reach similar heights as the first season, while the first season reached a peak of #17 Season 2 also has seemingly reached #68.

In the last episode of Season 2, we have seen Dion and Nicole going up against a 'familiar' villain and his army of minions.
