Jake vs Tommy will face off in the ring later this month after months of trash talk
The pair have teased one another relentlessly ever since their unlikely rivalry ignited in the spring, but will let their fists finally do the talking later this month.
Arum, the veteran co-promoter of the Gypsy King, admits he doesn't think Fury Jr has what it takes to dominate the weight division, but admitted he hopes to see him beat Paul because of his brother.
Asked whether Tommy could come back from a defeat to the YouTuber, Arum told talkSPORT: "Who cares? Who cares?!
"I mean, we don't know if Tommy Fury would ever be an elite boxer. I mean, I could think of dozens of young light-heavyweights who would beat him.
Will Tommy Fury get to the top of boxing?

"So you know, it's irrelevant to me whether he wins or loses. Because he's Tyson Fury's brother, I absolutely hope that he wins. And I wish him the best. But if he loses, he loses."
Arum also touched upon the influx of YouTubers into the sport and branded them 'circus acts' who are tarnishing its reputation.
"You know, I don't think that really goes to the essence of the sport," he added.
"Obviously, these are not elite fighters. They're almost like circus acts. But again, if people are influenced to watch them, nobody is putting a gun to anybody's head. And I think it's neither good – nor bad – for the sport of boxing.
On Monday, talkSPORT co-host Simon Jordan admitted he thought Tommy's fight with Paul did a disservice to Fury name.
"I would pay far more easily to watch Kell Brook vs Amir Khan than I would ever pay to watch that tripe," Jordan declared.
"I think Tommy Fury fighting Jake Paul does a disservice to the Fury name."
