The Street Dog Coalition, a nonprofit providing free medical and related services to dogs and cats of people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, will host a clinic from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Meeker Home Museum in Greeley.
The Meeker house is located at 1324 9th Ave.
The veterinary services being offered will include physical examinations, vaccinations, parasite control, spay and neuter vouchers. Pet supplies will also be available.
Dogs should be on leashes and cats should be in carriers.
Founded in 2015 and based in Fort Collins, the Street Dog Coalition has teams in more than 60 cities in the U.S. and it hosts similar clinics. Clinics are also scheduled for Saturday in Philadelphia and Sacramento and Sunday in Minneapolis, according to the organization website thestreetdogcoalition.org
This is the first clinic in Greeley.
