WPFG – Did you miss us? Well, we missed you!
It's been a long time since we've spammed and mashed some of the top fighting game stories of the week into a compact, put it in a brown paper bag, and carry it with you kind of way.
Without further or do… Let's get to it!
Is there another Marvel Vs. Capcom on the Way?
It's an easy assumption as everyone has been waiting for a new MVC title since Infinite didn't really capture the essence of the franchise many loved. But there may be hope thanks to the tweet below.
This can mean anything seeing the company has been capitalizing with multiple series - recently the Resident Evil remakes. We can just image that a lot of players are crossing their fingers for another MVC game.
Project L coming to EVO!
Those heading to EVO will be in for a treat as the long anticipated Project L will be available to play at the event - well the demo anyway.
The game can be played as a 1v1 or Duos 2v2... or 2v2 with you and your friend playing on the same side where you can tag each other in. Sounds cool pretty cool if you ask us.
If you're a lone wolf, you can still play 2v2 and control both characters.
Check out the developers of the upcoming game play Duos below.

Mortal Kombat 1 Beta to be released month
The co-creator of MK and Injustice, Ed Boone, took to Twitter, or X since that's what it is now, and revealed the date for the MK1 Beta.
The beta will only feature a few characters and Kameo fighters but probably because the full game will be released less than a few weeks after.
If you preregistered the game you will get access to the beta which lines up with some other events that falls on the same day, according to Boone.
Rashid is nearly a week old.. what have we learned so far?
Rashid was released on Monday and within a day or so had to have emergency tweaking as his wind would last for an infinite amount of time. Meaning if you blocked, you lost.
Even after the fix, the character is proving to be a possible Top 32 through 8 contender at majors. With EVO around the corner, expect some setups as showcased by some players via social media.
