In Terra Nil, players are challenged to restore various biomes, each with its unique requirements and goals. The Forest Biome plays a crucial role in attracting specific animals and contributes to the overall ecological diversity of the game.
However, creating this biome can be a bit tricky, as it necessitates the strategic use of tools and resources. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps needed to successfully create the Forest Biome in Terra Nil.
Preparing for the Forest Biome: To create a Forest Biome, players must first prepare Nutritious Ash Tiles. This can be achieved by planting Fynbos Flowers, which spread nutrition to the tiles. To plant these flowers, create a Fynbos Biome using the Beehive tool.
Unlocking the Solar Amplifier: Once enough Fynbos Biome has been created, the Solar Amplifier tool will become available. This Tier 2 Building costs 30 Leaves to plant and requires electricity from a nearby Turbine.
Initiating a Controlled Burn: Place the Solar Amplifier within the Turbine's range, close to the Fynbos Biome. Click on the Solar Amplifier and select the Fynbos Biome area to start a controlled burn. This process will turn the Fynbos Biome and surrounding area into Ash Tiles.
Planting the Arboretum: With Ash Tiles available, the Arboretum tool can now be used. Place the Arboretum on the husks of burnt buildings, and it will create a forest using the Nutritious Ash Tiles in its vicinity. Place Arboretums on all the burnt buildings in the required area to create the Forest Biome.
Restoring Greenery: For the remaining area, use the Irrigator tool to regrow greenery and begin installing other buildings.
That's everything you need to know on how to build a lush Forest Biome in Terra Nil. We have guides on other biomes as well including Wetlands, and Fynbos.
