Closer to home. at PEZA, he was instrumental in agency's sealing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) to promote accessibility to Islamic Banks and financial inclusion. He was part of the Technical Working Group (TWG) who lobbied for the legislation of Republic Act No. 11439, also known as An Act Providing for the Regulation and Organization of Islamic Banks.
The IVLP is the U.S. Department of State's premier professional exchange program. Through visits to the United States, current and emerging leaders in a variety of fields experience and cultivate lasting relationships with their American counterparts.
