Jose Mourinho has been accused of unsporting behaviour during a under-14 derby between Roma and Lazio.
It caps off a turbulent week for the 'Special One' after he was sent off in Roma's 2-1 Serie A loss at Cremonese on Tuesday.
After the defeat, a furious Mourinho revealed he could take legal action after a verbal exchange with fourth official Marco Serra.
"I want to find out if there is an audio recording. I don't want to get into the fact that Serra is from Turin and on Sunday we are playing against Juventus," Mourinho said.
He has now been banned for two games meaning he will miss this weekend's huge clash with Juventus and the subsequent meeting with Sassuolo.
Lazio have accused Mourinho of unsportsmanlike conduct during a U14 Rome derby last week.
According to Il Messaggero, the Portuguese was in the stands for the game and proceeded to boo Lazio player Alexandru Miloiu.
He is also accused of telling young Roma players to waste time and feign injury.
Football Italia reports that claims from Lazio website VoceLazio say Mourinho and senior Roma stars who were in attendance, displayed behaviours which 'went against respect and sportsmanship, insulting opponents and telling their players to waste time.'
Mourinho is held in high regard at Roma after guiding the club to the Europa Conference League title last season – their first trophy since 2008.
And the feeling is mutual with the Portuguese appearing settled in the Italian capital whilst being afforded the time to build the club into a Serie A force.
He reportedly turned down advances from Paris Saint-Germain to remain at Roma – a club he has built up a huge affinity for.
Roma sit fifth in the table but just three points adrift of second-place Inter Milan in the race for Champions League qualification.
Mourinho's side are going well in the Europa League and face Real Sociedad in next week's round-of-16 tie.
