Southampton fans will be hoping club-record signing Kamaldeen Sulemana can help them stay in the Premier League.
But it turns out the winger can offer more than just helping Saints avoid relegation, given he could potentially become the Premier League's fastest player.
Sulemana is one nippy player
Bottom of the league Southampton paid Rennes £22m for the Ghana ace on deadline day, making him their new club record signing.
The 20-year-old, who primarily plays on the left, has signed a four-and-a-half-year deal, keeping him at the St Mary's until 2027.
And despite scoring only one goal this season in France, it turns out Sulemana will offer his new club some crazy speed down the wing.
According to data presented by Sports Lens, Sulemana ranked as the fastest player in the 2022 FIFA World Cup when playing for Ghana against Uruguay, with a speed of 35.7 kilometres per hour.
This made him faster than France's Kylian Mbappe, who was actually ninth in the rankings on 35.3 kilometres per hour.
Meanwhile, Alphonso Davies came in second with 35.6, level with Nico Williams.
Mudryk was hailed for his pace by Gary Neville and other ex-footballers when he came on against Liverpool
However, the Ghanaian's speed in Qatar puts him below the Premier League's quickest player this season: Chelsea's £89million January signing Mudryk.
