The Blues were 4-1 winners against the Gunners in Baku, with Jorginho playing the full 90 minutes in their emphatic victory.
In their goodbye message to Jorginho, Chelsea made a slight dig at Arsenal when they said: "Many of Jorginho's best performances came in European competition.
"He starred in Baku at the end of his first season when we thumped Arsenal 4-1, and the midfielder played a pivotal role en route to Champions League glory in 2021, starting all but one of our knockout games as we conceded just twice and shut out Manchester City in the Porto final."
Not only did he win the Champions League and Europa League, but Jorginho also lifted the Super Cup and Club World Cup at Chelsea.
He also helped guide Italy to Euro 2020 glory during his time in west London.

Only two of his 29 goals for the Blues did not come from the penalty spot, and one of those was actually scored at the Emirates in the 2019/20 season.
Jorginho acquired a lot of silverware at Chelsea and could add to his honours at his new club this season.
He joins an Arsenal side who currently sit top of the Premier League table, five points clear of reigning champions Manchester City.
