David Moyes has again claimed he has the backing of the West Ham board, despite five straight defeats.
The Hammers sit just above the relegation zone and face Leeds United on Wednesday night in desperate need of a good result.
Moyes insists he still has the backing of the West Ham board and fans
Moyes is under increasing pressure and must find away to get his side firing up the table again but the Scot insists he's not feeling any pressure from above.
"I'm feeling really good because I've had great support from [joint-owner] David Sullivan and the board," he said.
"They've been supportive and backing me."
West Ham's board look to be standing by Moyes despite Friday night's 2-0 home loss to Brentford.
Before that, the Hammers were also beaten by Manchester United, Crystal Palace, Leicester and Arsenal, and suffered a surprise Carabao Cup exit to Blackburn Rovers.
Moyes' last victory in the Premier League came against Bournemouth back on October 24.
The Scotsman watched his side suffer a 2-0 defeat to Brentford last time out
He could get the sack should he suffer further losses, with the London club facing Leeds, Wolves and Everton, all sides towards the bottom of the table, in their next three league fixtures.
Moyes, though, believes he has the full backing of West Ham fans too.
"I think the West Ham supporters have been incredibly supportive," he added.
"They have seen what has gone on here in the past three years, and would probably say the opposite [to the club changing manager].
"They are desperate for us to do well, and desperate for the manager to do well. We have to buck up, do better, play better and find a way of winning games which is they key.
"I have been in this position twice before, and we did a very good job, but I don't think we are in that position now because we have a better team, so we just need to show that form."
