The Samsung Galaxy S23 will only be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 according to numerous sources (and Qualcomm, to some extent). The Exynos 2300 will not power a flagship handset, at least not from Samsung, despite one report claiming otherwise. Now, according to Twitter leaker RGCloudS, Samsung intends to deploy it in other non-flagship products, which will be unveiled at a brand-new event that may be called Unpacked 2.
The Exynos 2300 is allegedly produced using Samsung's own 4LPP manufacturing node, just like the Exynos 2200.

It is said to power both the Galaxy S22 FE and the Galaxy Tab S8 FE. Insiders have questioned the reality of the former, but the latter is legitimate and has appeared on Geekbench, although with a MediaTek Kompanio 900T SoC at the helm.
Although it would be strange (and inconvenient) for Samsung to swap chipsets in the middle of development, RGCloudS believes the listing mentioned above may be an early sample. However, Geekbench listings are notoriously unreliable and straightforward to alter.

The Exynos 2300 hasn't been made public as its predecessor has. Nevertheless, it recently received Bluetooth certification under the codename S5E9935. Additionally, it is said that the Tensor chip in the alleged Google Pixel 8 is a descendant of the Exynos 2300.
In contrast, OreXDA, a Twitter leaker, maintains that the Exynos 2300 is still in the prototyping phase. The SoC may be utilized by Vivo in one of its following products, according to their speculation. Given that Vivo has previously used Exynos CPUs in its phones, the assertion initially looks absurd, but it is very plausible (Chinese Vivo X60, Vivo X60 Pro variants).
