At 5:23 p.m. Ronald Hoppins, 55, was arrested in the 200 block of N. Seventh Ave. on a warrant for flight to avoid.
At 8:00 p.m. William Knapp, 34, was issued a citation in the 700 block of Sidney Ave. for theft.
At 5:21 p.m. police were dispatched to the 200 block of W. Main St. for a disturbance.
At 6:45 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1500 block of W. Main St. for a theft.
At 7:28 p.m. police were dispatched to the 1100 block of W. Main St. for a disturbance.
At 9:17 p.m. police were dispatched to the 500 block of Chestnut St. for a parking complaint.
Oct. 25
At 12:36 p.m. Becky Guernsey, 49, was issued a citation in the 100 block of N. Second St. for driving while driver's license is revoked.
At 10:37 p.m. Matthew Hayes, 35, was arrested in the 100 block of S. Sixth Ave. on charges of driving while driver's license is retrained, speeding 10-19 mph over the limit, driving under the influence and a warrant for flight to avoid.
At 2:54 a.m. police were dispatched to the 300 block of N. Second St. for a theft.
At 5:23 p.m. police were dispatched to the 600 block of Fairhurst St. for a disturbance.
At 5:33 p.m. police were dispatched to the 100 block of Broadway St. for suspicious activity.

At 7:21 p.m. Julian Evinger, 31, was arrested in the 500 block of Oak St. on charges of assault in the second degree and assault in the third degree.
