Crystal Palace play hosts to Chelsea at Selhurst Park seeking to fly away from the danger zone.
Sitting currently at 16th position on the points table with just one win from their first six games, Patrick Vieira's side haven't quite had the flying start to their campaign as they would have hoped.
Graham Potter's first Premier League game in charge of Chelsea is against Crystal Palace
Following a 4-2 defeat to Manchester City and drawing their last two matches against Brentford and Newcastle, the Eagles now must face Chelsea who have beaten the south London club in each of their last nine league games.
Despite the Blues lacking consistency this season, winning three and losing two which resulted in the sacking of Thomas Tuchel, Chelsea will be looking to put up a fighting display with new boss Graham Potter.
Palace have only won one of their last six games
The former Brighton manager walks into his first Premier League game in charge of Chelsea on a positive as the Blues beat West Ham 2-1 before the international break.
However pressure will be looming over Potter as he must match the record of previous Chelsea managers.
Chelsea resume their league campaign following a 2-1 over West Ham
Excluding caretakers, just one of the last 10 managers to take charge of the Blues has lost their first league match (W6 D3), though that was the only other permanent English manager they've had in that time (Frank Lampard, 0-4 vs Manchester United in 2019).
Will Palace be able to gain the vital three points or can Potter put Chelsea back on track?
