There were plenty of screams and many smiles as the Sun Valley Rides Carnival opened Tuesday evening at the Logan County Fair. The carnival, which has rides for all ages, will run through Sunday. Hours are 5 to 11:45 p.m. Wednesday-Friday, 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. Saturday and 1 to 10 p.m. Sunday.
