Manchester United trio Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Anthony Martial have each undergone somewhat of a revival this summer.
It's no coincidence that the stars' resurgences have coincided with Erik ten Hag's arrival, and this has now been confirmed by United star Rashford.
Sancho and Rashford have both netted in pre-season
And forgotten man Martial has got off the mark upon his return from Sevilla
There's been plenty of focus on Manchester United's lack of transfer activity this summer, with a deal for Barcelona's Frenkie de Jong stalling coupled with the risk of Cristiano Ronaldo leaving.
However, the blossoming - or, in this trio's case - the re-blossoming of former strugglers Rashford, Sancho and Martial in pre-season has been a real silver lining for United.
All three have got themselves on the scoresheet after a season of goal droughts under Ole Gunnar Solskjær and Ralf Rangnick.
Even more impressively, Martial has returned to the starting XI after a poor loan spell with Sevilla for the second half of last season.
And Rashford has confirmed that new manager Ten Hag has had a massive impact on their rejuvenation.
"He just wants us to be positive," Rashford told the PA news agency.
Rashford has highlighted how Ten Hag has helped him change his mentality around
"He wants us to do everything in a positive manner, so for us it means a lot of forward runs, a lot of interchanging positions, trying to link with each other on the ball.
"It's fun to play in, we're enjoying it, so hopefully we can kick on and perform these type of performances come the season."
United have two pre-season games remaining, and should Rashford, Martial and Sancho continue to carry the momentum they've had in pre-season into the new league, Ten Hag is onto a winner.
