KSI will seemingly face Alex Wassabi in his next fight on August 27 at the O2 Arena in London.
The YouTuber, rapper and 1-0 boxer is set to return to the sport for the first time since his win over Logan Paul in 2019.
KSI will be back on August 27 - he previously beat Joe Weller in a white collar bout and Logan Paul in a pro fight
On Thursday night, the Spanish version of DAZN's website accidentally leaked a press release revealing that KSI has signed a new broadcast partnership deal with them.
This pact is for a new series of events promoted by KSI's promotional company Misfits Boxing in association with the Sauerland brothers, Wasserman Boxing and Proper Loud.
The new series will be called the 'MF & DAZN: X Series'.
It has been described in the press release as crossover evenings that will show figures from the world of sports and entertainment facing off in top boxing events.
The first of these, under the title 'MF & DAZN: X Series 001', is set to be headlined by KSI vs Alex Wassabi on August 27 at the O2 Arena with Faze Temper vs Blueface and Deji vs Fousey on the undercard.
It will be shown on DAZN worldwide, except for in the UK, US and Canada where it will be on DAZN PPV.
Wassabi beat KSI's brother Deji in March
KSI has made it clear that his long-term goal is to beat Jake Paul.
When the Brit last fought back in 2019 and defeated Logan Paul, Logan's brother Jake was not seen as much of a threat.
Jake began his boxing journey by beating KSI's younger brother Deji in a white collar bout, though he did not look overly impressive in this win.
Since then though, Jake has had five pro fights and moved to 5-0 (4 KOs) - making him the standout YouTuber-turned-boxer today and so the target for KSI.
Deji is now 0-3
First though, KSI must get past Wassabi, who earned the fight by beating Deji back in March.
Deji will face Fousey on the undercard on August 27 as he looks to finally earn a win in the ring.
He is 0-3 in white collar bouts, while Fousey is 0-1 himself having been beaten by Slim in his only fight to date.
