AC Milan are slowly progressing in talks with Club Brugge for the transfer of Charles De Ketelaere. The youngster has been left out of the first game of the new season, as an exit approaches.
Leeds United made a €40 million offer for the player in June, which hasn't been accepted. As a result, it seems like a move to the Serie A champions is more likely for the Belgian. The Rossoneri have reportedly made a bid worth €32 million plus add-ons, which is yet to be accepted.
Charles De Ketelaere transfer update
The Premier League club have started looking at alternatives, with PSG striker Arnaud Kalimuendo emerging as a potential option.
Club Brugge are asking for around €35 million to let Charles De Ketelaere make the move to Italy. And the coming days will be vital in the transfer saga as the two clubs try to work out an agreement over the transfer fee. The 21-year-old has made it clear that he wants a move to AC Milan, but the clubs will need to agree to a deal first.
AC Milan are also in the running to sign Hakim Ziyech from Chelsea. The Moroccan is expected to join on a loan deal with the option to buy. Moreover, Renato Sanches is also a target for the club. Paris Saint-Germain are also looking to sign the Lille midfielder, but Milan also have a good chance at sealing the deal.
