If Everton survive relegation this season, the quick thinking of this Toffees supporter might have played a key part in that.
During Everton's 1-0 win over Chelsea on Sunday, deep into added time, one fan received the ball and realised that he needed to try and help run down the clock.

The Everton fan helped waste some time for his side
So, in a moment of 'genius', he stuck the ball under his jumper, as defender Reece James tried to quickly restart play.
James looked genuinely bewildered as to where the ball was, as the Everton supporters used their best acting skills to convince the players and officials that they had nothing to do with it.
And it was enough to waste the time needed to help secure the win for their side.
That wasn't the only underhand tactic used involving this match though.
In the early hours of Sunday morning, the Chelsea squad were woken up by fireworks being let off outside the hotel they were staying at.
Both moves were hardly in the spirit of the game but Toffees fans won't care as their 1-0 win helped them stay in touch with relegation rivals Leeds and Burnley.
