Norwich's Billy Gilmour and Brandon Williams, who are on loan from Chelsea and Manchester United, have gone 'backwards' after their spell at Carrow Road this season.
That's according to Tony Cascarino, who has not been impressed with the two youngsters' development since moving to east Anglia.

Williams and Gilmour were expected to show their potential on loan at Norwich

But they've been a part of a poor Canaries side and Cascarino believes they've struggled to develop
The Canaries were relegated back to the Championship on Saturday, after a 2-0 defeat to Aston Villa.
And Cascarino believes that the highly-rated duo haven't benefitted from playing at Norwich this season.
"The lad Gilmour that came to Norwich, didn't do particularly well at the club, and the fans turned on him at the start season," Cascarino told talkSPORT.
"He's a terrific young footballer but, somehow, he's not grown.
"We talk all the time about young lads going elsewhere and improving - the lad Williams as well from Man United – but they've gone backwards this year.
"Two players have gone there from big clubs have gone backwards at Norwich."

Pukki has scored 21 goals in his last two Premier League seasons
It is the fourth time in nine seasons that Norwich have been relegated from the Premier League, showing their struggles to survive in the top flight when they get promoted.
And Cascarino is bemused as to why this is, suggesting they should have invested in a new centre-forward at the start of the season, rather than rely on the goals of Teemu Pukki again.
"Why are they so unbalanced from the Championship and the Premier League?
"I understand it's a different quality. I've always talked about the fact that goalscorers who get 20 in the Championship probably won't get 10 in the Premier League.
"I understand that there's a drop off [in quality], but Norwich's drop off is ridiculous.
"It's less than a goal a game and, if you score less than the goal a game, you are going down, without a doubt."
