The following is the complete list of Wisps in Cobalt Coastlands.

Location #1: Look at a hill west of the basecamp.

Location #2: Hill to the south of the basecamp.

Location #3: Check atop a hill close to the coast of Mt. Aipom.

Location #4: Head south from the third Wisp and look near the Bather's Lagoon.

Location #5: Look on the island off the coast of Hideaway Bay.

Location #6:  Go west from Sand Reach and look for it on an island.

Location #7: Check on the beach of Tombolo Walk.

Location #8: Check on the ring finger of Sand's Reach.

Location #9: Head north from Tranquility Cove and look on an island.

Location #10: Go to Ginkgo Beach near Machop and Gorky and check a big rock.

Location #11: Atop a cliff near Veilstone Cape there is another Wisp waiting for you.

Location #12: Sitting on a cliff near Spring Path.

Location #13: Head south from the last wisp to find another one.

Location #14: Head north from Islespy Shore and check a hill.

Location #15: Check the island on the northern most section of the map.

Location #16: Check Island North of Molten Arena for another Wisp.

Location #17: Sitting atop a cliff in Firespit Island.

Location #18: Head south from the last wisp and check the island.
