Eddie Hall's transformation from strongman to boxer has been impressive and he has been showing off just how prepared he is.
The former World's Strongest Man is getting ready to battle arch rival Hafthor Bjornsson in the ring next year.

Hall looks ready to get into the boxing ring with Thor
They were due to fight in September, but Hall suffered a detached bicep and that pushed the plans back by a few months.
The Beast has overhauled his training routine and diet and that has seen him shed around 40kg - and now boasts a much leaner frame.
Not only has he got a new physique, he looks as though he is ready for anything Thor can throw at him in the ring.

Hall and Thor look set to meet in the ring next year
Boxers famously train their abs and core muscles to be able to absorb body shots - Tyson Fury recently posted his extreme routine that involved a medicine ball being launched into his midriff.
Hall regularly invites well-known celebrities and athletes to give his training routine a go and he showed off just how much he can take a punch.
Ultra-endurance athlete Ross Edgley, who swam a staggering 1,780 miles around the British Isles, was invited to punch Hall as hard as he could in the stomach.

Hall has undergone a remarkable transformation
Edgley gradually increased his power to 100 per cent, and the Beast barely flinched in the video he posted on YouTube.
Hall added that nothing has 'put him down' yet and he's not even been winded by shots taken in sparring.
