Tyron Woodley got his 'I love Jake Paul' tattoo for absolutely nothing after the YouTube star insisted he would NOT be granting him a rematch.

The former UFC champion was defeated via decision when he squared off against Paul in August in the boxing ring.

Ever the antagonist, Paul insisted Woodley had to get the cheeky tattoo somewhere on his person if he lost and wanted a rematch.

Clearly keen to secure a lucrative fight against the 24-year-old, former welterweight kingpin Woodley inked himself on the finger and showed the results of his new artwork off to the world.

However, speaking to TMZ Sports, Paul has now suggested the idea of a rematch has passed after securing Tommy Fury as his opponent for his fourth professional fight.

He said: "By the time he had got the tattoo, we had already moved on to fighting Tommy Fury and making that fight negotiation happen.

Fury will have his chance against Paul on December 18

"I don't think people want to see Tyron versus Jake Paul again. He had his chance."

Instead, the former Disney Channel star will face former Love Island contestant Fury, who himself is a novice boxer hoping to make a serious statement.

Given the magnitude of this fight at such an early stage of his career, social media sensation fears Fury will falter under the bright lights on December 18 in Tampa, Florida.

He said on YouTube: "Yeah, I see Tommy losing, you know why? I see him s****** himself on the big stage."
