The Jedi are the main characters of the Star Wars universe, and it isn't surprising that they're one of, if not the best factions in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. In this guide, we check out the best Jedi characters to use in SWGOH. May the Force be with you.

Jedi Master Kenobi

Hello there. It comes to no surprise that Jedi Master Kenobi (JMK) is the best Jedi character in SWGOH. Frankly, JMK might even be the best character in the game. JMK can single-handedly elevate any Jedi squad through his strong Leader ability that increases Mastery, Speed, Max Health. He also grants additional perks like taking less damage, ignoring Taunt buffs, resisting debuffs, and doubling Armor Penetration while targeting a Sith enemy. JMK truly gives himself and his Jedi allies the high ground.

The optimal JMK squad would include Jedi Master Kenobi (L), Commander Ahsoka Tano, Ahsoka Tano, General Anakin Skywalker, and General Kenobi.

Jedi Master Luke Skywalker

As of right now, Jedi Master Luke Skywalker (JML) is the only Galactic Legend with the Tank tag. While he doesn't quite pack the same punch as some other Jedi characters, JML does make going against him a true battle of attrition. JML has a kit that revolves around inflicting debuffs on enemies, resetting cooldowns on allies, and elevating the stats of Jedi allies in his squad. While Jedi Master Luke Skywalker isn't the best Jedi or Galactic Legend in SWGOH, he's still easily a Top-5 character in the game.

The optimal JML squad would include Jedi Knight Revan (L), Jedi Master Luke Skywalker, Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker, Wat Tambor, and General Anakin Skywalker.

Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker

Old man Luke might not pack much of a punch, but his younger self, Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker (JKL) hits hard. JKL is the closest thing to a Galactic Legend character, as he has harsh event prerequisites, and a kit that makes him one of the best characters in SWGOH.

While he can lead a squad of his own, JKL is the primary damage dealer on most Jedi squads. His basic deals True Damage to Tank characters, and boosts his Max Protection, getting additional stacks with each attack. Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker also stacks a percentage of his Offense every time he's attacked, and gains Turn Meter. He's a scary character to face and should be a priority to take out on any Jedi squad.

The optimal JKL squad looks the same as the Jedi Master Luke Skywalker squad outlined above.

Honorable mentions

  • General Skywalker is a key leader for a 501st squad, and heavy hitter on a Jedi squad when paired with Galactic Legends. He was formerly described by the devs as the equivalent to a mini-Raid boss.
  • General Kenobi is the most important Tank character in SWGOH next to Jedi Master Luke Skywalker. He was designed to absorb all the damage while providing a debuff cleanse, and has the ability to call all allies to attack. Notably, he pilots the Negotiator Capital Ship.
  • Jedi Knight Revan is still used as a Leader for Jedi Master Luke Skywalker squads. He is a fantastic Jedi Attacker that can give Marked debuff to enemies, and full Turn Meter to an individual ally while simultaneously healing all the Jedi allies in the squad. Jedi Knight Revan is a versatile Jedi character in SWGOH and can run a heavy-hitting team.
  • Jolee Bindo is one of the best Healer characters in the SWGOH. The heals are heavy, but you get most of this character's value from reviving defeated Jedi allies.
