The Greeley Police Department is seeking information on the death of a 19-year-old man that has been ruled as a homicide, police said in a news release Wednesday.

Jacob Fooshee was found dead inside a red Mercedez Benz sedan after 9 a.m. Monday when Greeley police responded to a medical assistance call in the 100 block of 30th Avenue in Greeley, according to the Greeley Police Department.

Fooshee was reported as a missing person to the police on Oct. 10. An investigation found Fooshee was last seen at approximately 3 p.m. Oct. 9 driving a red Mercedes Benz sedan.

Greeley police detectives took over the investigation on Fooshee, and the Weld County Coroner's Office ruled the death as a homicide.

Police ask anyone with information on the case and who have not been interviewed by police to contact detective John Kinne at 970-350-9603.

The investigation continues and no additional information will be released today, according to police.
