Cristiano Ronaldo was at it again on Tuesday night as he fired in a hat-trick for Portugal in their 5-0 drubbing of Luxembourg.
The Manchester United frontman seems to break a record a game and with this treble, he became the all-time leader in men's international hat-tricks with ten to his name and a staggering 58 overall.
Ronaldo broke more records on the international stage this week
The 36-year-old netted a hat-trick against Luxembourg, his tenth for Portugal
Ronaldo turns 37 in little over three months time, but his astonishing goal-scoring form is showing no signs of slowing down.
In fact, only Robert Lewandowski (50) and Erling Haaland (41) have more goals in 2021 than Ronaldo (38) in 2021.
And the former Real Madrid man could make more history in the coming weeks when club football resumes.
He now has 794 career goals for club and country, and, if he gets a goal-a-game - which isn't uncommon for him - he could reach 800 against a very special opposition.
Only Lewa and Haaland have scored more than Ronaldo this year
Manchester United take on their City rivals on November 6, and you wouldn't put it past Ronaldo to mark his milestone in style.
If he nets against Leicester, Atalanta (twice), Liverpool and Tottenham, he'll have the opportunity to score his 800th in the derby at Old Trafford.
It would make the Theatre of Dreams erupt, particularly as City were strongly linked with him in the summer before his former club snapped him up.
After making more history during the international break, Ronaldo vowed to continue his remarkable antics in the game.
Ronaldo used to terrorise City defenders back in the day
He promised that he 'would always be looking for more and more and more' after he extended his international goalscoring record.
In a post on Instagram, Ronaldo wrote: "Another victory, another step towards our goal, another historic night in defense of our colors!
"Everything becomes easier when we play at home and in front of an audience that cares for us from the first to the last minute…
"I had promised that I would always be looking for more and more and more!
"It's in my DNA and in our DNA, we're never content, we never lower our arms and we always go."
