League of Women Voters of Greeley-Weld County (LWVGW) will host a special educational session from 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday, September 16, 2021, for nationally recognized suicide prevention training, QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer).

This QPR training is free to registrants (usual charge is $35/person) and it is presented by experts from North Range Behavioral Health (NRBH) on suicide prevention.

Individuals who wish to participate need to register at both the LWVGW website and at the NRBH website.

Second, there are two steps to register with NRBH. Begin by completing the Google form at https://bit.ly/3haXvsW.

This is where you will provide your location and phone number for the training. This information will be deleted immediately after the training and will only be used for emergency purposes.

Then, go to https://qprinstitute.com/register to receive training material, using instructor code QPR274438781. Participants will receive the training materials at no cost.
