Block Party, the official end of summer concert event and last Friday Fest of the 2021 season is returning on Friday, Sept. 10 to downtown Greeley.

As with many large-scale events and gatherings, organizers had to cancel the 2020 event due to the pandemic, however, organizers are determined to make a go of the celebration for 2021 and end the summer on a high note.

The event will feature a variety of Colorado musicians performing on indoor and outdoor stages located on the 8th and 9th street plazas.

Each participating venue will have live music beginning at 6 p.m. leading up to the headlining events on the plaza that will include Wildermiss, Silver and Gold, Trash Cat and more.

The city's Go-Cup will be in force, allowing adults age 21 years and older to purchase alcoholic beverages at participating bars and restaurants and walk the plaza with their drinks.
