Tottenham came from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Chelsea in a pre-season friendly, but Spurs boss Nuno Espirito Santo was left facing questions about a player conspicuous by his absence.
Harry Kane's failure to report for pre-season training dominated the headlines before an entertaining friendly between the two London rivals at Stamford Bridge.
No doubt watching on from Florida, the wantaway Manchester City target would've seen an encouraging display from the team he wants to leave after 17 years.
Having been forced to sit through Chelsea's Champions League parade and then going two down to a brace from Hakim Ziyech, Spurs showed some bottle to turn the game around.
Lucas Moura and Steven Bergwijn both struck in the second-half to silence the near-full Stamford Bridge crowd, which had been rapturous for 65 minutes.
Even still, the first question in Nuno's post-match presser was inescapable, as much as he tried to escape it.
"I will not speak with you about that. I am sorry," he said when asked about Kane.
"It is not that I don't want to comment, I believe that all the issues relating to Harry we should discuss internally, among us and try to avoid any kind of public argument or discussion about it.
"Us, we have to focus on what is important. We have to solve the situation but between us.
"We solve the situation internally with the club. Speaking and trying to reach a better solution and conclusion to this situation."
Kane is expected back later this week, although he faces at least five days of self-isolation due to his travels.
