French esports organization Team Vitality announced it will be launching fan tokens. These tokens will be accessible through the fan engagement and rewards application Socios.com.

This deal comes as part of an agreement with blockchain provider Chiliz. $VIT fan token holders will be given the opportunity to obtain access to exclusive Team Vitality content. Furthermore, select token holders will be eligible to attend some of the organization's gaming events as special guests.

"At Team Vitality we're lucky to have some of the most creative and engaged fans in esports, and we're always looking for ways to collaborate more closely and offer them new experiences," said Nicolas Maurer, the CEO of Team Vitality. "Socios.com has a track record of providing an innovative Fan Token platform for some huge sports and esports brands, and we're proud to partner with them. Our first poll is a very exciting one which we'll be announcing in the coming days and I can't wait to see how our fans vote."

$VIT Fan Tokens officially launched on July 1st. Each token costs roughly $2.38.
