EDITOR'S NOTE: The following is a summary of crime reports taken from the Greeley Police Department's daily logs. Only a few of the hundreds of reports will be used in this weekly column because of space limitations.

Aug. 4

7 a.m.: A man in the 300 block of 19th Avenue called because his roommates told him to to move out after he got into an argument with them about corn dogs.

12:15 p.m.: A caller in the 800 block of 10th Avenue reported a homeless man was swinging a knife and walking around.

1 p.m.: A caller in the 1200 block of 11th Avenue reported a man threw up outside of a strange car in the parking lot and urinated on a nearby building.

6:30 p.m.: A caller in the 1300 block of 29th Street reported an iguana or bearded dragon in the backyard.

7:15 p.m.: A man in the 100 block of East 20th Street said he walked outside with a fake sword as an attempt to get a man taking pictures to leave.

Aug. 5

10 a.m.: A caller in the 300 block of 10th Street reported the neighbors were digging a tunnel from their house to his house.

12:30 p.m.: A caller near 1st Avenue and 20th Street reported a man riding a bike with a gun in his hand.

2 p.m.: A caller in the 2400 block of 17th Avenue reported a silver Chevy Equinox dropped off 50 containers of laundry detergent to a white Ford Focus.

3:30 p.m.: A woman in the 2000 block of 31st Street Road reported the people across the street lit something on fire and rolled it towards her house.

9 p.m.: A caller reported a woman was outside of her apartment with eight or nine people after the caller's 2-year-old threw dirt in another kid's eye and the other kid's mom started a fight.

Aug. 7

7 a.m.: A caller near 17th Avenue and Lakeside Drive reported two people in a black Mazda parked in the middle of the road blocking traffic.

8:30 a.m.: A woman in the 2800 block of 10th Street had questions about her grandson's clothing choices and him being on probation.

11:15 a.m.: A caller in the 2600 block of 13th Avenue reported a homeless woman cooking on an electric skillet in the park bathroom.

Aug. 8

2 p.m.: A caller at a sandwich shop in the 4200 block of CenterPlace Drive reported a customer got physical with one of the staff members and then later called to threaten to shoot up the store.

5:15 p.m.: A caller reported his son broke into his home and stole a TV and game console.

6 p.m.: A caller in the 1400 block of 10th Street reported a woman in the caller's driveway talking about witchcraft.

8:30 p.m.: A caller near North 50th Avenue Court and A Street reported a man and woman came out of a port-a-potty together. The caller said the man was drunk and got into his car.
