Recordemos que el lateral izquierdo racinguista tuvo que salir del terreno de juego a los 18 minutos de iniciarse el choque, al golpearse con la valla que separa el campo de la grada en la disputa del balón con un contrario. Alfonso se dio con un hierro vertical de una zona no tapada por vallas publicitarias en la rodilla quedando tendido en el suelo sin poder mover la pierna. Teniendo que ser retirado en camilla y trasladado a la zona de atención primaria de las Instalaciones Deportivas de El Rosal, el jugador fue trasladado a la Clínica Beiman donde se le diagnosticó luxación de la rótula de la rodilla izquierda. Confiando que desde la entidad cadista hayan subsanado el peligro para que otros deportistas no sufran otro golpe a lamentar.
