It was recently announced that Modern Times Group had acquired the studio PlaySimple. The deal is worth $359.6 million, but, with performance-based payments, it could be worth almost $510 million.

PlaySimple Games is one of the biggest esports organizations in India. The company is best known for producing titles like Word Jam, Word Wars, and Word Trip.
